Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Corning, NY
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Max pay range - $22.12/hr.

Description:

• Process weekly time and attendance records for hourly/weekly employees.
• Assist in payroll processes including but not limited to, employee data maintenance, earnings, deductions, adjustments, and taxes.
• Reconciliation of payroll files to ensure accurate remittance.
• Communicate regularly with business partners, and vendors to meet process needs.
• Identifies and takes initiative to propose process improvements.
• Maintain documentation of relevant processes Appropriately recognize, classify, and protect confidential data.
• Manage several activities simultaneously and seek direction accordingly.
• Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
• Utilizes and extrapolates from standard procedures to solve problems, identifies issues with broad reach and seeks direction accordingly.
• 4 years (Accounting/Business) preferred.
• 2-3years of relevant payroll experience.
  Desired skills:
  • Kronos/ADP Globalview experience.
  • Payroll tax knowledge.
