Consistently works in an enthusiastic, positive, motivated, professional, detail- and deadline-oriented manner, with an ongoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Payroll assistance Organizational and space planning. Performance management and improvement systems. Organization development. Regulatory compliance and reporting. Employee orientation, development, and training. Policy development and documentation. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of current payroll system Responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees related to primary role. Any/all other duties related to the efficient operation of the HR department as needed. Customer Contract Renewals QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively. Work involves quality control and a strong attention to detail. Ability to perform duties outside under various weather conditions and temperatures. Work involves varying degrees of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the move, storage, and retrieval of records and files as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
