Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for handling day to day administrative needs to the entire Human Resources department as well as maintaining employee information and distribution list for handbook and policy changes. Human Resources coordinator may conduct internal and external surveys for policy development and planning. Candidate will process all personnel records, compensation and benefits as well as training changes and will manage confidential documents and forms. Additionally, Human Resources Coordinator will be involved in pre-screenings, offer letters and assisting with recruitment and identifying potential issue. Human Resources Coordinator will administer FMLA and Worker's Comp programs.Job Requirements:Requirements for this position include 5+ years of Human Resources experience as well as strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS experience.
