position specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care. -
Position located at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, part of Catholic
Health system. - Role involves working in unit 7E with potential
for moving between units. Job Requirements - Must hold a valid
professional nursing license as per state guidelines, including
acceptance of out-of-state licensure when permitted. - Required to
have certifications in BLS and ACLS. - Must complete Catholic Core
Competencies, Skills Checklist, Unit Exam, and Relias Color Vision
testing. - Proof of vaccinations or titers required: MMR, Hepatitis
B, Influenza Vaccine (seasonal), Varicella. - Must have recent TB
test and annual TB questionnaire within past 12 months. - Physical
and vision exam within past 12 months including systems check. -
Must pass a 12 panel drug screen (excluding THC) within past 12
months. - Background checks including 7-year criminal county
search, national criminal database, and sex offender registries
within 30 days prior to start. - Driver's License or State ID
