Supervisor for the Chapel Oaks Independent Living Facility located
on the Portland Campus in Irondequoit. The primary purposes of your
job are to ensure the highest level of dining satisfaction and
experience for all our customers and creating a positive work
environment to successfully motivate and manage your team.St. Ann's

proper seating of residents during meal periods--- Maintains dining
room service log--- Initiates emergency procedure for residents
requiring attention--- Checks the set up and operation of the
dining room, assures daily work is assigned including station
assignments--- Regularly speaks with residents and Waitstaff to
solicit feedback on menu, food quality and service to ensure
customer satisfaction needs are met.--- Ensures the highest level
of customer service standards are being met in Dining Service's
"Front of the house" operation, resolves customer complaints in a
professional manner--- Ensures pre-meal is held daily--- Routinely
works as a server alongside waitstaff--- Ensures the highest
standards of catered/special events--- Involves culinary team with
resident interactions, problem solving and new idea generation.---
Hires, trains the servers and oversees dining team.--- Establish
schedules in advance that meet the needs of the customer and fit
the budgetary guidelines--- Responsible for accurate payroll for
dining team.--- Works with team to ensure Dining Room is decorated
for seasonality.--- Assists in verifying product is put away
following FIFO procedures--- Responsible for the maintenance, use,
sanitation and upkeep of dining area and pub--- Responsible for
completing safety and sanitation audits regularly.--- Responsible
for appraisals, development planning for staff, and discipline
tracking where appropriate.--- Assists with Docuware (invoice
entry)--- Attends all assigned department and organizational
meetings.--- Excellent organizational and communication skills---
Performs other duties as assigned by the Chef/Dining
Manager.---Candidate Requirements:--- High School Diploma or GED
Required--- Associate's degree (A.A.S.) in Food Service or
Hospitality preferred--- Three to eight years' experience in front
of house leadership in a restaurant or dining environment, or
equivalent combination of education and experience.Join us in
