The Opportunity Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring Temporary Chefs to join our team to work the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. Minimum pay rate: $350.00 / dayInformation on our comprehensive benefits package can be found at . The dates of availability needed are leading up to and during the event, May 15, 2023 - May 21, 2023 for the Men's PGA Championship in Rochester, NY. The rate of pay will be a daily rate. Travel and hotel accommodations will be paid for by Delaware North. Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain the efficiency of existing processes and procedures.
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
• Effectively manage event staff to their potential.
• Regularly report to leadership on areas to be improved, successes, and the overall state of your department as it relates to the event. Qualifications
  • 2+ years' proven experience in culinary management position.
  • Strong development and oversight skills.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
