Doctor of Medicine | Dermatology Location: Rochester, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified Dermatology Physician for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This full-time role involves outpatient dermatology patient care with typical volumes of 25–35 patients per day . The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM , with possible support to nearby satellite offices. Providers may have the opportunity to perform minor dermatologic procedures depending on their experience and preference. Each provider is supported by clinical staff (LPN, RN, or MA) at a ratio of approximately 1 staff per 12 patients. The EMR system used is Epic , and providers must be able to work independently while collaborating with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Requirements Board-Certified Dermatology Physician (highly preferred) Active New York medical license required Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience in dermatology EPIC EMR experience required BLS certification required Strong clinical skills in outpatient dermatology; minor surgical procedure experience is a plus Attention to detail and strong communication skills for patient and team interactions Benefits Flexible locum tenens schedule Exposure to a high-volume dermatology patient population Opportunity to perform minor dermatologic procedures (optional) Supportive team environment with LPNs, RNs, and MAs Experience using Epic EMR in an outpatient setting Support for credentialing and onboarding processes
