Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System. Additional Details: Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required Skills/Experience: MUST have leadership experience in a MedSurg within the past year and experience with scheduling and coaching staff. -Required Skills: Work Settings, MS/Tele, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Non-invasive airway management, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred -Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred Shift & Scheduling: Some weekend shifts.
