Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Acute Care /n/n Job Details: /n • Work variable ICU schedule with day/night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Full-time position with day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage required /n• Must maintain current New York State registered professional nurse license /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (through RQI system during clinical orientation), NIHSS /n• Basic Coronary Care certification required within 6 months of hire /n• CPI certification required within 90 days of hire /n• Emergency Nurses Association certification recommended within 2 years /n• TNCC certification recommended within 2 years /n• Provide care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations /n• Demonstrate professional behavior consistent with Healing Environment principles /n• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional patient interactions /n• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while promoting teamwork /n• Computer literacy required with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record experience preferred /n• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive intensive care unit providing critical care services to patients across all age groups.
