Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care experience within the past 3 years. • Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission). • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: FocusOne Program - Bartlett Regional Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: FocusOne Program - Bartlett Regional Hospital. Additional Details: Required skills and experience: 2 years minimum experience in Critical Care. Manage care of 1-2 Critically ill patients of all age range and diagnoses with cardiac monitoring. Able to manage IV drip medications, including cardiac medications and insulin. Able to manage ventilated patients. Work closely with other members of the health care team, including delegation/ supervision of CNA.
