Established Direct Primary Care Medicine practice in Metro Upstate New York Location * Opportunity to join an established Direct Primary Care Medicine practice where the focus is to see patients as people not numbers on a chart * Practice was established in 2013 and has a strong reputation in the area. Current patient panel of 280 patients.
