Job Description Family Medicine opening in New YorkLocated in
Oswego, NYFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Family Medicine
(cradle to grave) doctor to join practice. Seeking new physician
due to increased census; preparation of retirements within 2-5
years Practice operates Monday-Friday, 7:00a-5:00p; group is open
to clinicians practicing 4 or 5 days a week (40- hours a week) Call
is shared among all clinicians (anticipated high 20s) and is very
light, phone only; no rounding or inpatient services required
however if a family practice provider is interested in hospitalist
shifts, this can be arranged on a per diem basis Family practice:
chronic disease management, adult medicine, well child visits,
hypertension, diabetes, etc.; there is no OB, some GYN; no sports
medicine; approximately 20-25 ppd (8-hour day) or 25-30 ppd
(10-hour day) EMR: Medent Benefits: Highly competitive salary range
of $255 - $275k plus wRVU model Sign-on bonus ($25k), reimbursement
for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k
over length of contract) (if applicable) Competitive paid time off
