Required Skills: Valid NY State Medical License Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Minimum of 1-2 years post-fellowship experience BLS certification (Life Saving Certs) Epic Electronic Medical Record experience Ability to perform procedures including ESI (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient care and safety Nice to Have Skills: Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings Past involvement in teaching or supervising residents and medical students Knowledge of age-specific patient care across diverse populations Additional procedural certifications or training Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency or fellowship in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Prior experience working in ambulatory or outpatient clinics Other Requirements: NY State medical license in good standing Availability for daytime, weekday hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) Willingness to participate in call coverage (office call only after hours and on weekends) Commitment to compliance with all hospital, local, state, and federal regulations Professional attire and behavior in accordance with clinic standards This role offers an hourly pay rate of $267.54, with benefits that include competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable.
