Job Description Aramark Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Dietitian at The Manor at Seneca Hill in Oswego, NY. This long term care position is perfect for seasoned dietitians and newly credentialed RDs. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, No Weekends Required! About the Facility : The Manor at Seneca HIll is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility where residents enjoy a homelike environment. Residents' healthcare needs are met by an interdisciplinary team for short term rehab and long term residents. In fact, The Manor is the ONLY nursing home in Oswego County to receive a 5-star rating in 2022 Compensation Data COMPENSATION : The Salaried rate for this position is $63,000.00 to $72,000.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care Attend interdisciplinary meetings including wound rounds at the facility Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed Participate in quality improvement projects for the nutrition department Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. Qualifications Bachelor's or master?s degree in nutrition or a related field. Registered Dietitian (RD) certification. At least one (1) year of clinical experience preferred Licensed Dietitian status in NY or able to obtain within 6 months of hire Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care. Conditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
