Located about 70 miles south of Buffalo, the group emphasizes excellence, innovation, and work-life balance.Position DetailsSeeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join the practice.Olean, NY with a location in Bradford, PA (approx. 20 min away) Full-service hospital with ICU and intensivists Shared call 1:4 Endoscopy required as part of the role 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient Collaborative, strong team, excellent work/life balance Well-established practice with solid referral base Benefits Details - Strong base salary: $350,000 - $425,000 - RVU production bonus - Sign-on bonus eligible - Relocation assistance up to $10,000 - Shared call among providers - CME, dues, and publications allowance - Malpractice insurance paid - 403b & 457 retirement plans - Paid time off - Supports J-1 and H-1B visa candidates Further Details - Provide full-scope General Surgery services - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team - Participate in on-call rotation with supportive physicians - Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMR Requirements - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program - Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery - Valid New York medical license or eligibility to obtain
