RN license and 2 years of orthopedic and telemetry experience. Join

surgery, and elective orthopedic procedures in the Rochester area
(14642). Job Details - Location: Rochester, NY 14642 (Rochester
healthcare, Finger Lakes region) - Assignment Length: 13 weeks
(March 16, 2026 – June 13, 2026) - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,110
- $2,220 per week - Setting: Orthopedic/Trauma Unit (orthopedic
nurse, trauma nurse) - Shift: Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights
(3x12-hour shifts per week; 36 or 48 hours/week) - Schedule:
Includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and floating as needed -

Requirements & Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in New York (NY only) - Minimum 2 years of recent
orthopedic nursing experience (orthopedic RN, ortho nurse) -
Telemetry monitoring experience required - BLS certification
(American Heart Association) - ACLS certification (American Heart
Association) - Excellent organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills - Experience in a Level I trauma facility
preferred (preferred trauma nurse experience) Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for orthopedic
trauma, spinal surgery, and elective orthopedic patients - Monitor
and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and respond
to changes in condition - Provide perioperative and postoperative
nursing care, including pain management, wound care, and mobility
support - Perform frequent neurovascular assessments and document
findings accurately - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists,
physical therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to
develop and implement patient care plans - Float to other units as
needed and participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations -
Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold best practices in
