Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
is for a skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in school
settings, available immediately through June 26, 2026. The position
is based in Fairport, NY, serving middle school-aged students up to
age 22 with diverse needs including multiple disabilities, Autism,
Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, and Traumatic Brain Injury
(TBI). Work Schedule and Location: - Contract position based at
Creekside School in Fairport, NY - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM
to 3:30 PM - 7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities: - Provide occupational therapy evaluations and
interventions for students with complex disabilities - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans to support students
functional and educational goals - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy into
the school environment - Document progress and maintain compliance
with state and federal regulations Preferred Qualifications: -
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based
therapy - Familiarity working with students who have Autism,
Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, TBI, and other multiple
disabilities - Ability to work effectively with middle and high
school age groups up to 22 years old - Strong communication and
teamwork skills in educational settings This contract offers the
