HCRC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chiropractor to join our client’s dynamic team in Rochester, NY. Conduct initial patient consultations to understand health concerns and medical histories. Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to determine neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Develop and explain treatment plans tailored to patient needs and health goals. Apply spinal adjustments, manipulations, and other techniques to alleviate pain and improve function. Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. Ensure all treatments adhere to established guidelines and regulations. Proficient in various adjustment techniques and tools typical to chiropractic care. Strong diagnostic skills and effectiveness in treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with staff. Ability to handle a high volume of patients efficiently while maintaining personalized care. Valid New York State Chiropractic License. Certification in Physiotherapy or similar qualifications would be beneficial. Board certification by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (optional but preferred).
