Job Description Job Description Level 4 RN – Cardiac OR (CVOR) Rochester, NY 03/02/2026 – 05/30/2026 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 hours/week 50-mile radius rule applies The Adult Cardiac OR cares for high-acuity cardiac surgical patients including CABGs, TAVIs, Heart Failure cases (VADs, ECMO, Artificial Heart), and Heart Transplants. The team uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide specialized cardiac surgical care across age groups. Requirements: Active NY RN License (NY License ONLY) Minimum 2 years RN experience Cardiac OR experience required Level 1 trauma OR experience preferred Must be able to scrub and circulate Certifications: BLS (AHA ONLY) ACLS (AHA ONLY)
