Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab
with both Cath Lab and IR Lab experience. License: Required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Experience in interventional
cardiac cath lab procedures. Adherence to on-call requirements.
Ability to provide high-quality patient care in both diagnostic and
interventional settings. Description: Monday through Friday
schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. On-call shifts averaging 8-10 per
month, including one full weekend of coverage. Candidates should
possess skills in various interventional cardiac procedures.
Experience must include diagnostic catheterizations and cardiac
stent placements. Must be capable of performing IABP placement and
removal and Impella insertion. Experience with central venous
access and various interventional techniques is essential. Ability
to manage and interpret procedural sedation and monitor
dysrhythmias. Candidates should have experience with both adult and
geriatric populations. Familiarity with EPIC charting system is a
requirement. Candidates should demonstrate strong infection
prevention practices. The role involves collaboration with
interdisciplinary support teams. Experience with patient diagnoses
related to cardiac catheterizations and interventional radiology is
