Shift Shift Details Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Shift Length: 8 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week Weekend Requirement: Every
Other Weekend On-Call: Not Required Compensation Gross Weekly
(Travel): $1,240/week W2 Rate: $17/hour Weekly Stipend (Travel):
$525/week Position Summary A reputable healthcare facility in
Utica, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for
a 13-week contract assignment in a Long Term Care setting. The LPN
will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and
support residents’ daily health needs while maintaining compliance
with state and facility guidelines. Key Responsibilities Provide
direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document
patient conditions and vital signs Collaborate with RNs,
physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with
admissions, discharges, and transfers Ensure compliance with
infection control and safety protocols Support residents’ rights,
dignity, and privacy Float to other units as required Requirements
Active New York State LPN License – Required Current BLS
Certification – Required Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care
experience – Required Must be flexible and willing to float within
