Overview: Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Leroy and
Brockport Department: Nursing Reports To: Linda Holmes, Director of
Health Services Employment Type: Full-Time, Days (No Call or
Weekends!) Starting Wage: $74,287 - $82,823 annually Why You Should

Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate the health and well-being
of individuals supported, ensuring timely follow-up care. Oversee
and ensure compliance with all medication administration
procedures, policies, and inventories. Train, supervise, and
evaluate direct support staff and LPNs in nursing practices and
medication protocols. Maintain accurate, timely medical
documentation and electronic health records in compliance with
regulations. Collaborate with families, advocates, physicians, and
team members to provide person-centered care. Respond to health
emergencies, conduct clinical assessments, and coordinate
post-discharge care. Provide medical coverage across assigned sites
and review RN on-call reports as needed. What You Bring: Current,
unencumbered NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong clinical
judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work
independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience
supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
