Job Description Job Description Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Syracuse, New York Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Schedule Shift: Day Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours per Shift: 9.5 hours Total Weekly Hours: 47.5 hours Shift Time: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends/Holidays: Not required Position Summary A healthcare organization in Syracuse, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week assignment. This role supports outpatient or clinic-based care and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider Perform routine clinical tasks including vital signs, patient assessments, and documentation Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice Assist with patient education, scheduling, and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Adhere to infection control policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff to support efficient patient care Required Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Previous clinical or outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work rotating day shifts Monday–Friday For more details reach at ukhan@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 518-862-1204.
