Duration: 15 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Schedule Shift Type: Night
Shift Shifts per Week: 3 shifts per week Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Total Weekly Hours: 36 hours Rotation: 6 shifts every two weeks
Block Scheduling: Not available Position Summary A healthcare
organization in Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced Critical
Care RN for a 15-week travel assignment. This role supports adult
and/or pediatric critical care units, providing high-acuity patient
care in a fast-paced ICU environment. Responsibilities Provide
direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with
established protocols Monitor and manage patients requiring
continuous cardiac, respiratory, and hemodynamic support Administer
and titrate medications, including vasoactive drips, per physician
orders Perform advanced assessments and respond to acute changes in
patient condition Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
including physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
(EMR) Adhere to infection control policies, patient safety
standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in emergency
response and rapid response teams as required Required
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1–2
years of critical care experience Current BLS and ACLS
certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and
clinical skills Ability to work night shifts and a flexible
