Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 4x12 hour shifts with rotating days and nights schedule • Every other weekend required • Must be available for some holidays • Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 for Medical Surgical patients • Care for 26-bed unit primarily serving CHF patients, acute MIs, post device care (pacemakers), and patients with arrhythmias • Floating to other units is required • Must have New York license in hand - no exceptions • Must live more than 75 miles from facility • Minimum 1 year of experience required • Required certifications: ACLS and BLS • EPIC charting experience required • Skills include cardiac monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV therapy/phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, respiratory care including nasal cannula and oxygen administration, isolation precautions, and wound care • Scrub color requirements: any combination of navy and white • Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total, 5 hours billable) Facility: This tertiary care hospital features 528 total staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services to the community.
