Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 4x12 hour shifts with rotating days and nights schedule /n• Every other weekend required /n• Must be available for some holidays /n• Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 for Medical Surgical patients /n• Care for 26-bed unit primarily serving CHF patients, acute MIs, post device care (pacemakers), and patients with arrhythmias /n• Floating to other units is required /n• Must have New York license in hand - no exceptions /n• Must live more than 75 miles from facility /n• Minimum 1 year of experience required /n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS /n• EPIC charting experience required /n• Skills include cardiac monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV therapy/phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, respiratory care including nasal cannula and oxygen administration, isolation precautions, and wound care /n• Scrub color requirements: any combination of navy and white /n• Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total, 5 hours billable) /n/n Facility: /n This tertiary care hospital features 528 total staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services to the community.
