Job Description Family Medicine Opportunity in Phoenix, NY (Outpatient Only-New Clinic Opening)Hospital-employed position with full medical staff privileges New clinic opening mid-2026 in Northern Onondaga County (south of Phoenix, NY)Office hours: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p; flexible 4 or 5-day work week (40 hours/week)Patient Volume: - 20-25 patients/day (8-hour shift) - 25-30 patients/day (10-hour shift)Shared phone-only call across 26 providersNo inpatient responsibilities required; optional hospitalist shifts available per diemEMR: MedentPractice focus: Chronic disease management, adult medicine, well child visits, hypertension, diabetesNo OB, no sports medicine; some GYNTeam includes 1 physician and 2 APCsExperienced RN, MA, and triage staff supportCompensation & Benefits:Guaranteed base salary of $275K for 3 years, plus wRVU incentive$25,000 sign-on bonusUp to $10,000 relocation assistance with receipts$30,000 student loan assistance (paid over 3-year contract, if applicable)34 days of PTO including 6 legal holidays$5,500 annual CME/licensure/dues allowanceComprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 403(b)Malpractice insurance providedRequirements:Board Certified in Family MedicineMinimum 5 years of outpatient primary care experienceComfortable supervising 2 Advanced Practice CliniciansNot J1 visa eligible due to clinic location in Onondaga County Estimated pay range/amount is $275k .
