experienced RN House Supervisor for a night-shift travel assignment
in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Watertown, NY. This
leadership role is ideal for nurses with strong supervisory
experience who are comfortable overseeing clinical operations and
supporting nursing staff across multiple units. Assignment
Highlights Long-Term Care (LTC) setting 168-bed facility covering 4
units Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM Resident mix: long-term,
short-term, and dementia No trachs or vents Acuity varies based on
admissions and resident condition 100-mile radius rule ASAP start
Responsibilities Head-to-toe resident assessments ER transfers in
coordination with providers Admissions and order second checks
Clinical oversight and staff support during night shift Ensure safe
and efficient unit operations Requirements Active New York State RN
License BLS certification RN Supervisor experience in an LTC
setting (required) PointClickCare EMR experience (required) Strong
