Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Work rotating day, evening, and night shifts as assigned /n• Holiday coverage required /n• On-call responsibilities and callback shifts as needed /n• Weekend coverage as needed /n• Care for medical/surgical boarder patients within the Emergency Department /n• Maintain 1:5 patient ratio with assistive personnel support /n• Treat diverse patient population with wide variety of diagnoses /n• No Emergency Department experience required /n• 2 years of medical/surgical experience required /n• Telemetry experience required /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS /n• New York State RN license required /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility features a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department that manages more than 100,000 visits annually and operates as one of the busiest trauma centers in the country.
