Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Watertown, NY Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,646 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position ID: 75355263 Shift: 8hr Days 8x5 Description: HWL Medical Center-AN-0688 OR RN\r\n100 MILE RADIUS RULE\r\nShift: 7a-3:30p\r\n8hr Days - weekend, holiday and call required\r\n13 weeks\r\nGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current NYS RN license or eligible.\r\nSuccessful completion and passing grade on the final exam is mandatory and a condition of employment as an Operating room RN.\r\nBLS required\r\nACLS preferred.\r\nMinimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred; preceptorship, charge and leadership abilities preferred for experienced RNs.\r\nExperienced RN will possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.\r\nMust recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to move patients in a safe manner.\r\nMust be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills.\r\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.\r\nMay be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.\r\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.\r\nKnowledge in the use of typical clinical equipment instrumentation utilized in providing a safe and/or aseptic environment in and OR/ASU setting.\r\nLethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills.\r\nOn call required (Response time of 30 minutes).
