is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Emergency
Medicine NP in Wyoming! We are seeking an experienced Emergency
Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in
Wyoming, starting Feb 21, 2026. This opportunity offers 24-hour
shifts in a trauma environment, where serious cases are transferred
to higher-level facilities. Qualified candidates must hold acute
care certification and have direct emergency room experience. Job
Details Location: Wyoming Start Date: Feb 21, 2026 LOA: 30 days
Provider Type Needed: Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Schedule: 24-hour shifts; 24-hour coverage Responsibilities and
Duties Provide direct patient care in a trauma emergency department
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and urgent medical conditions
Stabilize patients and coordinate transfer for serious cases as
needed Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and
ancillary team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Adhere to facility protocols and best practices for emergency care
Additional Information Active Wyoming NP license required Acute
care certification and emergency room experience are mandatory
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
certifications required Board certified or truly board eligible in
Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Critical Care Hospitalist
