Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit – Rochester,
New York Start Date: February 10, 2026 Location: Rochester, New

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 13-week assignment
Highlights: Work at a 528-bed Magnet-recognized acute care teaching
facility with advanced specialty programs Progressive care
experience with telemetry monitoring, stepdown-level acuity, and
diverse patient population including pulmonary, ENT surgical, and
general surgical cases Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5 with adults
and geriatric populations Every other weekend requirement with
holiday flexibility; up to two pre-approved time-off requests
accepted EPIC charting system; 16 hours of orientation provided
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid
response teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and more
Requirements: Active New York State RN license in hand (NY is not a
Compact state; pending licenses not accepted) Current ACLS, BLS,
and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 1 year of progressive
care or stepdown nursing experience EPIC charting experience is
mandatory Experience with telemetry, cardiac monitoring,
dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and emergency response
protocols Proficiency in IV therapy, central and peripheral line
management, blood product administration, oxygen administration,
and managing cardiac drips without titration Previous travel
nursing experience required; first-time travelers accepted
Willingness to float within clinical skillset as needed Must reside
