skilled in stepdown nursing to provide exceptional care during the
night shift in a critical access hospital setting. This role

abilities to manage charge nurse duties while supporting multiple
patient care units. An every-other-weekend rotation is part of the
schedule, along with the flexibility to float to other units as
needed, ensuring comprehensive patient support throughout the
facility. Location: Based in Lyndonville, VT, this position is set

Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license with
