- MS/Tele (MSU) - Night Shift Location Rochester, NY Assignment
Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift,
3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00. Job Description We are
seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical
Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience
in cardiac monitoring and emergency response, including the
interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid
Response/Code teams, and relevant clinical skills. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
in a telemetry setting. - Perform cardiac monitoring and emergency
response as needed. - Administer oxygen and manage airway support,
including nasal cannula and oxygen tanks. - Conduct IV therapy and
phlebotomy, ensuring peripheral line care and management. - Adhere
to isolation precautions and the use of personal protective
equipment. - Float to other units within skillset as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Active New York
Single State RN license required. - BLS certification required. -
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Experience
