Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A specialized opportunity is
available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide
essential support within K-12 educational settings near Crowley,
TX. This full-time position involves working 30 hours per week
during the full school year (FSY), focusing on students with
moderate to severe needs. The role requires flexibility, as it is
itinerant with varying daily start and end times. Key
responsibilities include delivering Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
training, offering reset opportunities for students, and managing
some cases on a one-to-one basis. The position involves working
with students who may present verbal and physical aggression and
require mobility assistance due to conditions such as cerebral
palsy. The ability to safely lift, transfer, and reposition
students and equipment is essential. Qualifications and desired
experience: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Previous experience in school settings supporting students with
behavioral and physical challenges Comfort and skills in managing
complex behaviors in children and adolescents Ability to
collaborate with educators and support staff to implement
individualized support plans This contract role is based in Irving,
TX, with an itinerant schedule that allows for flexibility across
