Schedule Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00 - 07:00), with every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated MICU Registered Nurse with a valid New York nursing license to join our team. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities - Manage care for patients with multi-organ failure, respiratory failure/shock, and other critical conditions. - Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, including CRRT, IABP, ECMO, and Impella management. - Conduct assessments and interpret dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases (ABGs). - Maintain central line care/management and assist with BiPAP and CPAP usage. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, respiratory services, and social services. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an MICU or similar critical care setting. - Current New York nursing license in hand. - ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. - Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
