applicants Schedule: 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM, 13-week assignment with
every other weekend requirement and holiday availability as needed

Capable Stroke Center - Comprehensive interdisciplinary support
including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid
response teams Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of emergency
department nursing experience - Active New York Single State RN
license (must be in hand prior to submission; NY is not a compact
state) - Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required -
EPIC charting experience required - Proficiency in IV therapy
including blood product administration, central line care,
phlebotomy, and IV vasopressors - Experience with CPAP/BiPAP and
ventilator management - Clinical competency in CVA/stroke care,
neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury -
Cardiac monitoring skills with ability to interpret and manage
dysrhythmias - Emergency care experience including adult/pediatric
ED, gunshot wounds, and orthopedic trauma - Knowledge of isolation
precautions and triage procedures - Must reside more than 75 miles
from the facility - Willingness to float within skillset as needed
