Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Rochester, New York, 14642! Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 36 - 48 hours per week Experience: Two years of Emergency Department experience required; previous travel ER experience required License: RN License (New York only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS (American Heart Association only), NIHSS (preferred) Must-Have: Telemetry experience required Description: This is a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department. The facility manages more than 100,000 visits a year. It is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country. The department is responsible for treating a diverse patient population. The position requires assisting with border patients. Candidates must be aware that this department cannot accommodate first-time travelers. The emergency department operates with rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call and callback responsibilities may be required based on unit needs.
