Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Day/Evening/Night rotating shifts including holidays, weekends, on call, and callback as needed /n• Care for med/surg boarder patients within the Emergency Department exclusively /n• Maintain 1:5 patient ratio with assistive personnel support /n• No Emergency Department experience required /n• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required /n• Telemetry experience required /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS /n• New York State RN License required (only NY licenses accepted) /n• Treat diverse patient population with wide variety of diagnoses /n• Work in fast-paced environment managing high patient volume /n/n Facility: /n This major medical center operates one of the busiest trauma centers in the country, managing over 100,000 visits annually.
