Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Arterial
line management - Central line care and management - PICC line
management - Blood product administration - Ventilator management -
High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - BiPAP/CPAP support - Care of
ventilated patients - ABG interpretation - Continuous IV sedation
and paralytics - Emergency medications - Procedural sedation
administration and monitoring - Titration of cardiac and vasoactive
drips - CABG, Impella, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, Swan-Ganz monitoring -
CVVHD/CRRT - Dysrhythmia interpretation and management - Infection
prevention - Wound vac care - Management of patients with
multisystem organ dysfunction/failure Description: The position is
for a Registered Nurse in the Cardio Vascular Intensive Care
specialty. The role involves working in a critical care
environment. The nurse will provide expert care for critically ill
cardiac surgery patients. Responsibilities include managing various
cardiovascular devices and supporting multi-organ failure cases.
The nursing team will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary
team. Strong support for family communication and post-operative
rehabilitation will be provided. The nurse will be required to
float within their skill set as needed. The patient-to-nurse ratio
is typically 1:2, with adjustments based on acuity. The care
environment includes patients with conditions such as sepsis, ARDS,
renal failure, and respiratory failure. All nurses are expected to
adhere to infection prevention protocols and maintain patient
safety. Charting experience with EPIC is required. This position
may require working weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates
must have required certifications and a minimum of two years of
