Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,222 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Title: Float Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: 1 Year Required License: New York License Required Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Epic Charting Experience Description: Must have a New York nursing license in hand. This position is for a float registered nurse specializing in Medical Surgical/Telemetry. Floating is required as this is an overhire float unit. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts, with an option to request four 12-hour shifts for approval. First-time travelers are accepted. Locals must reside more than 75 miles from the facility. The candidate must have experience with Epic charting. BLS certification is mandatory. Additional skills required include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, and care management of peripheral lines. This position may require participation in rapid response or code teams. Candidates will be responsible for managing oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management. This unit requires a collaborative approach to patient care with interdisciplinary support.
