Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Work 36 or 48 hours per week • Rotating shifts covering days, evenings, and nights • Floating, weekends, holidays, on-call, and callback responsibilities required • Charge nurse responsibilities per unit needs • January start dates only • Note: ER cannot accommodate any RTO requests from 2/15 - 2/21 • Work in fast-paced Adult Emergency Department managing over 100,000 visits annually • Treat diverse patient population in Level I trauma center environment • Assist with boarder patients • New York RN license required (NY license only) • Minimum two years ED experience required • Telemetry experience required • Previous travel ER experience required • ER cannot support first-time travelers • Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS (American Heart Association only) • NIHSS certification preferred Facility: This healthcare facility operates one of the busiest trauma centers in the country, featuring a state-of-the-art Adult Emergency Department that handles more than 100,000 patient visits annually.
