Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Level II Registered Nurse - Stepdown/PCU Experience Required/n/n Job Description/n The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. This role includes responsibilities as a charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member. /n/nSchedule/n This position requires a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, along with on-call and callback duties. /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - MUST HAVE stepdown/PCU experience /n - High acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience /n - Telemetry experience /n - Two (2) years of nursing experience /n - Current RN license (NY License ONLY) /n - BLS certification (American Heart Association ONLY) /n - ACLS certification (American Heart Association ONLY) /n - Experience with neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, sub-dural drains, 3% NS and cardene drips, arterial lines, carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm coil/clips, DBS Insertion (Deep Brain Stimulator), VP shunts, and seizures /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
