Pay Information $2,312 per week About The Position Job Title: Neuro Medicine ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Two years of ICU acute care experience required License: RN License (New York) required Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required Must-Have: - Telemetry experience required - Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care Description: This position is in a Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit focused on critically ill neuro patients. Patients may have diagnoses such as traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies. The unit is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, 12-bed ICU. Responsibilities include providing a high degree of specialized nursing and medical care. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
