11:00 AM – 11:30 PM EST Holidays, On-Call, and Callback: Per unit
needs We are seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for a weekend
mid-shift assignment in Rochester, NY. Join a high-acuity Level 1
Trauma Center where your expertise will directly impact patient
care. Key Responsibilities: - Confirm patient identity and verify
exams before scanning, following strict safety protocols -
Coordinate with physicians to provide precise diagnostic imaging -
Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures to ensure comfort
- Insert IVs as needed for imaging tests - Position patients
safely, including those with limited mobility, using proper
handling techniques - Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and
ensure images are properly sent to PACS - Keep scanning areas clean
and safe Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited Radiologic
Technology program - Certified by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - Active NYS Radiologic
Technologist License (required prior to start) - Minimum 2 years of
CT experience - Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center - BLS
Certification (American Heart Association only) Preferred: -
Injection certification (willingness to complete during
orientation) - Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging
