Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months within the past 6 months. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. • Diploma completion required Requirements: • Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Nursing Float Pool / ED Holding Required Skills/Experience: • Travel Telemetry competency required • ICU: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, Vent management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, trachs • CVICU experience needed Required Credentials: • If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations. • Photo ID Special Requests: • If requesting time off, must be willing to add to the end of the assignment • MultiCare includes the expected start date they prefer on their job postings.
