September 2 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Schedule: - First 2 weeks:
Full-time (40 hours/week) orientation; day and/or evening shifts as
needed - Starting 9/6–9/7: Weekend shifts, Saturday and Sunday,
6:30 AM – 7:00 PM Location: Rochester, NY HumanEdge Health is
seeking an experienced Travel MRI Technologist for a weekend-based
assignment in Rochester, NY. This role offers a structured
orientation followed by independent weekend coverage in a
high-quality diagnostic imaging environment. Position Summary
You’ll perform routine and specialized MRI procedures using GE or
Siemens scanners. The role requires strong technical ability,
patient-focused communication, and comfort working independently on
weekends. Duties and Responsibilities - Operate MRI equipment and
produce high-quality diagnostic images - Prepare and position
patients; explain procedures clearly to reduce anxiety - Perform
routine MSK, neuro, spine, and occasional body imaging - Complete
all necessary documentation in compliance with EPIC and hospital
protocols - Coordinate with physicians for efficient workflow -
Maintain equipment and scanning area cleanliness - Support patient
care needs during scanning sessions Requirements - Minimum two (2)
years of MRI Technologist experience - BLS certification (American
Heart Association only) - Experience with GE or Siemens MRI
scanners is required - Proficiency in: - Non-contrast exams -
Routine MSK - Neuro and spine imaging - Occasional body MRI - Must
be available to work 40 hours per week during the first two weeks
of orientation - Ability to work independently for weekend coverage
Preferred - ARRT certification (MRI or RT) preferred or willingness
