seeking a highly skilled Travel CT Tech for a weekend overnight
shift assignment in a Level 1 Trauma Center in Rochester, NY. This
is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment
while providing essential care during high-demand hours. CT
Technologist Responsibilities: - Confirm patient identity and
verify orders before performing exams - Communicate with physicians
to ensure proper imaging protocol - Explain procedures to patients
to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation - Start IVs and administer
contrast as needed (willingness to obtain injection certification
required) - Safely lift, move, and position patients with limited
mobility - Perform high-quality diagnostic scans using Philips and
Siemens CT equipment - Accurately document all scan data in EPIC
and ensure proper PACS image transmission - Maintain cleanliness
and safety in the CT suite - Participate in on-call and holiday
coverage rotation Required Qualifications: - Completion of an
accredited School of Radiologic Technology - ARRT certification
(CT) - NYS Radiologic Tech license (must be obtained prior to
start) - BLS certification (AHA only) - Minimum 2 years of CT
experience - Previous Level 1 Trauma Center experience Preferred
Qualifications: - Injection certification (preferred; must be
willing to complete during orientation) - Familiarity with Philips
