Job Description Syracuse, New York, CRNA Opening - Clinical Role: - Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible CRNA - Reason for need: retiring physicians - 7a-3:30p - Many days end earlier than the scheduled end time - Bread and butter cases - No heads, hearts, thoracic, or children younger than 12 - OB is optional – routine only, no high risk - Opportunity to do blocks, if desired - Group covers the hospital, as well as, outpatient orthopedic and endoscopy centers - Weekdays only - Call not required - Optional evening and call coverage - MD supervision is 3:1 (3 CRNAs for every 1 physician) - Collaborative model - Organization Information: - New grads are welcome! - Work for a privately-owned group - Group is focused on a work/life balance - Group employs 12 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs - Competitive salary range of 225,000-300,000/year - 100,0000 student loan repayment available for a 3 year commitment - W2 position - Extra pay available for optional call shifts - 7 weeks vacation every year - 5 personal days - Paid holidays - 3,000 CME allowance - Client provides malpractice insurance - Sign-on bonus available (20,000) - Medical insurance provided - RecruitWell's Core Values: - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win - Higher consciousness
