The patient populationincludes pre-operative and post-operative cardiac and vascular surgerypatients, patients admitted for cardiovascular disease management, re-admitleft ventricular assist device (LVAD) patients, arrhythmia management, andpatients with myocardial infarction (MI). Frequently cared for surgicalpatients include those receiving Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts, Aortic andMitral Valve repairs, Aortic Aneurysm repairs, Carotid Endarterectomies,Abdominal Aneurysm repairs, various arterial stents, and Lower ExtremityBypasses.
